HRI Consulting Ltd is a specialised business, assisting hospitals and clinics in the project management of capital projects and service development from a clinical perspective. The expertise of HRI Consulting Ltd includes:
the installation of cath labs, MRI/CT scanners, strategy and policy implementation and the re-design of hospital departments to ensure they are user-efficient and patient-focussed.

Fiona Halstead, is the managing director of HRI Consulting Ltd.

Fiona has 16 years' experience in the NHS, working in hospital management for 6 years. She continued her education and successfully achieved her Masters in Health Management in 2002.

Fiona managed Cardiac Services in one of the largest trusts in the UK and then became the Cardiac Project Manager for their service development and capital projects.

HRI Consulting Ltd will work closely with hospitals/clinics to ensure the best results, but also with the equipment manufacturers for safe installation. This will mean that the environment is user-friendly to enhance safe working practices.

Other areas of HRI Consulting Ltd will be to assist any hospital/clinic with any service development or change management process they require.
